Below you will find answers to our guests’ most frequently asked questions.
We accept payment by major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfer and cash.
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 4 days before arrival. In case of cancellation after this deadline, a cancellation fee may be charged.
- Check-in is available from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. If you have special needs, please contact us; we will make every effort to accommodate you even before or after the indicated time.
- Check-out is expected by 10:00 am. Late check-out may be requested, subject to room availability.
Our pizzeria is open every day:
- Lunch: 12:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
- Dinner: 7:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Dinner for half-board guests is served from 7:15 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. in our dining room.
Sorry, we do not accept animals in our facility, to ensure peace of mind and comfort for all guests.
We do not currently have a dedicated children’s menu, but our staff will be happy to help you find simple dishes suitable for even the youngest children.
